Most recently, Robert “Bob” Meyers joined FNK IR as Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Markets, bringing to the firm over 20 years of sales relationship advisory experience and investor relations. Bob has led corporate access and issuer services teams for BNY Mellon, RBC Capital Markets and Banc of America Securities. Previously, he was at Thomson Financial (formerly Carson Group), specializing in financial communications, pricing and scenario analysis, and investor targeting and engagement for global companies. He began his career in corporate finance at IBM and served as an adjunct instructor at NYU teaching investor relations courses. He holds a Master of Science in Management and Systems from NYU, a Master of Financial Management from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Franklin and Marshall College.

Meyers joins three other recent additions to the FNK team:
Tom Baumann, Vice President of Investor Relations: Baumann brings over 25 years of experience in investor relations, corporate relations and business development, having most recently served as head of corporate relations and business development for the market making activity. Prior to his time in the New York Stock Exchange community, Baumann was director of investor relations at Newcourt Credit Group, Inc. Baumann holds a BS in Finance from Seton Hall University and an MBA in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Stephen Lee, Vice President of Market Intelligence: Lee joined FNK IR from Boston Partners Global Investors, Inc./Weiss, Peck & Greer LLC, where for the past 20 years he was the dedicated trader of WPG Partners strategies funds, including long hedge funds. /short, small cap value funds, micro cap value funds and concentrated value funds with approximately $1.6 billion in assets under management.
